Valves
Several products, such as coffee and animal feed, naturally release gases. These gases oxidize the stored product and cause the packaging to swell, compromising the appearance and integrity of the product, both during transportation and storage.
The valve allows the release of these gases and prevents the entry of air through the flow that occurs from the inside to the outside of the packaging, allowing degassing, preserving the aroma and preventing the entry of air.
The aromatic or degassing valve maintains the integrity of the packaging and allows the consumer to taste the aroma.
How does it work?
This is a device where the lubricated piston acts in a normally closed position, which prevents the flow of atmospheric air into the plastic packaging.
With positive pressures inside the packaging, starting from 1.00gf/cm², the mechanism is activated allowing the release of the internal gas.
Arati degassers are produced in Brazil, with national technology and virgin, non-recycled material , with their main features being a central hole for air release and a screen-shaped barrier incorporated into the body of the piece.
Produced from various thermoplastic compounds, this product does not generate waste and is considered 100% sustainable.
